During a recent fellowship time with a NAIOMT Clinical Fellowship Instructor (CFI) NAIOMT fellowship student Jason Ngu, DPT, CMPT had an impressive patient encounter with a 62 y/o female complaining of moderate mechanical neck pain. She stated the pain is unilateral around the mid cervical spine with shifting pain to the left at times. The most salient part of her history was her neck would get “caught” and she could self–manipulate and “free it up.”
