NAIOMT Clinical Fellowship Instructor Amber Bartz was born and raised in Oregon and graduated from Northwest Christian University with a bachelor of science in exercise science in Eugene, OR in 2011. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ in 2015. After graduation, Amber returned to Oregon to work as a physical therapist and to participate in an orthopedic residency program through Therapeutic Associates Inc. She graduated from the residency program in 2017 and returned to Arizona where she started the NAIOMT Clinical Fellowship Program and continued to work in outpatient orthopedics. In 2018 Amber obtained her Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and started a Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy (DScPT) through Andrews University. In 2020 she obtained the Certified Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapist (COMT) from NAIOMT. In 2021 she graduated from NAIOMT’s Clinical Fellowship Program and was accepted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT).
