Licensed Physical Therapist

Physical therapist licensed to practice in the United States

Clinical Experience

2,000 hours of orthopedic physical therapy clinical experience

OMPT Background

Existing OMPT certification OR demonstrated substantial progress towards, OR graduation from an ABPTRFE approved residency program
