Returns for Video Tapes are only accepted if unopened within 30 days of purchase. Defective Video Tapes may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please the Video Coordinator for a Return Authorization at 1-541-344-4777.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Exam Cancellations

Online Exams- Level I - 500, Level II Upper Quadrant - 600, & LeveL II Lower Quadrant - 610

A full refund minus $20 adminstrative fee will be granted up to one (1) week prior to the examination.

Level II and III Written and Level III Case Studies

A full refund minus a $50 handling fee will be granted up 30days prior to exam date. Later than 30 prior to the exam date there will be no refunds. In cases of illness or emergencies, the exam fee minus $50 handling fee may be applied to a future exam date if arranged with the exam coordinator.

Level III and IV Practical Exams

To reserve a space, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due with your registration. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the exam date, or forfeiture of the examination time and deposit will result. Within 8 weeks of the exam, there is no refund, but in the case of illness or emergency, the registration cost, minus $100, may be applied to registration for a future exam date. NAIOMT reserves the right to cancel oral practical exams due to lack of registrants. Full refund will be granted to all registered in this case.
