NAIOMT is a national organization providing continuing education, manual therapy certifcation and an APTA Certified Fellowship program.  We will be holding two symposiums in 2010 and expect to have 200 practicing physical therapists at each event.

Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsors will receive links on our website, links in all of our email marketing communication, acknowledgement in the symposium program, and a 200 word profile on the NAIOMT Blog located on our homepage.

Headlining Sponsor - $10,000
Contributes in excess of $10,000 directly or in-kind (e.g. use of clinic space and supplies, staff time, etc).  In addition to the benefits listed above, our headlining sponsor receives signage in all breakout rooms and in the reception areas, a vendor booth, prominent representation on the website and promotional materials and an insert in the symposium packet.  They also receive 5 free registrations including attendance at the pre and post-symposiums courses.

Saturday Evening Keynote Reception - $5,000
Sponsors the two-hour networking reception on Saturday evening that includes appetizers and beverages.  In addition to the benefits listed above, our reception sponsor receives signage at the reception, a vendor booth, and an insert in the symposium packet.  They also receive 2 free registrations including attendance at the pre and post-symposium courses.

Symposium Breakout Sessions – Variable
$250 for a single breakout – signage in the breakout room.
$1000 for a breakout room sponsorship (5-7 breakouts) – signage in the room, one registration or a vendor booth.
$3000 for all breakouts (25 breakouts) – signage in the breakout rooms, signage at the reception area, an insert in the symposium packet, a vendor booth and one registration.

Manuals - $1,200
In addition to the benefits listed above, our manual sponsor receives acknowledgement on the manual notebook cover and an insert in the manual.

Tote Bags - $750
In addition to the benefits listed above, our tote bag sponsor will have their logo on the tote bag and an insert in the symposium packet.

Pre-Symposium Course - $2,500
There are two pre-symposium courses that are two-day courses.  In addition to the benefits listed above, our pre-symposium course sponsor receives signage at the course, an insert in the course manual, a vendor booth, and one free registration to the course and the general symposium.

Post-Symposium Course - $1,500
There are two post-symposium courses that are one-day courses.  In addition to the benefits listed above, our post-symposium course sponsor receives signage at the course, an insert in the course manual, a vendor booth, and one free registration to the course and the general symposium.

Sponsorship Openings

2010 Dallas Symposium & Pre and Post-Symposium Courses

Vendors receive a booth and attendance for two individuals to the Saturday Evening Keynote Reception.   We will have the registration desk in the area, two breaks each day with refreshments and the reception will also occur in the vendor area.  We have not made final room arrangements for Dallas, but anticipate a similar setup.
