*PT STUDENT RATE EXPLANATION:
NAIOMT is offering a student discount rate for the Symposium on April 12, 2008. In order to qualify for the student rate the individual must be enrolled in an entry-level physical therapy program and does not currently have a PT license. PTs in a Fellowship program are entitled to the Fellowship discount and all others are considered PTs and shall pay the regular amount. Those enrolled in a transitional DPT program (already licensed and working) do not qualify for the student rate.
Pre and Post Symposium Courses Schedule:
7:30am - Registration (please arrive promptly at 7:30am)
8:00am to 5:00pm - Courses
12:00pm to 1:00pm - Lunch (only provided on day of Symposium, not for Pre and Post Symposium Courses)
Two breaks throughout the day - mid morning and mid afternoon; snack food & beverages provided
Symposium Schedule:

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations received within two weeks prior to the start date of the pre-course or symposium, 3/26/08, and must be submitted in writing and may result in a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee. All cancellations received after 3/26/08 are non-refundable. |
